Back & Biceps

6 Drills

Strict Pull-Ups

Full range lat and bicep engagement. Control the descent, drive the elbows down.

Barbell Bicep Curl

Strict tempo, no swing. Squeeze at the top, control the negative.

Bent-Over Barbell Row

Flat back, pull to the hip. Build the thickness of a legionary's back.

Chain Pull-Ups

Extra range strict pull-ups with chain grip for raw lat power.

Heavy Bent-Over Row

Loaded barbell row variation for back thickness.

Barbell Deadlift

Hip hinge from the floor. Builds total posterior chain strength.

Explosive Push-Ups

Bodyweight power. Full lockout, controlled tempo, no sagging hips.

Parallel Bar Dips

Depth and lockout for raw tricep and lower chest development.

Flat Bench Press

Classic flat barbell press for raw chest power.

Incline Dumbbell Press

Upper chest emphasis with a controlled dumbbell path.
